Waterford WISP has redundant upstream carriers to ensure service capacity should weather or other events impact one carrier.  We switch to the other.  And competition is a marvelous thing, as we reduced our operating costs by eliminating our Verizon T1 based bandwidth  … which keeps your service cost low … we were also able to negotiate a better deal from our secondary provider.  That bandwidth was also recently doubled on July 1st.  Happy Independence Day.
